Each and Every one of our fine woolen capes, shawls and blankets are handcrafted with care and expertise in our Maine factory studio. We guarantee the workmanship of our products. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery (sometimes sooner) Also please call to order if needed in a shorter amount of time as we will try to accommodate.
Return and Exchange Policies:
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 business days from the time of receipt.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange your garment for another size or color. Please return the garment in original condition with your name, address and phone number. We will do our best to fill your exchange request within 7-14 business days.
Returns:
All products must be returned in the original condition. Credit will be issued to original purchaser only. If returning a gift for refund, please note we will only credit the card of the purchaser, or issue a store credit to the recipient.
